1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Puna Rock Co., Ltd. operates an SMS notification program for the purpose of sending delivery appointment reminders, scheduling updates, delivery-status notifications, quote/request follow-ups, and service-related inquiry responses.
This program is a service communication program only. We do not send marketing messages, promotional offers, or advertising via SMS.

- Puna Rock: Reminder — your delivery is confirmed for today. Call (808) 345-0704 with questions. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
- Puna Rock: Your delivery appointment has been updated to [New Date/Time]. Call us at (808) 345-0704. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Puna Rock: Your delivery has been completed. Thank you for your business. Reply STOP to opt out.
2. HOW TO OPT IN
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Puna Rock by:

The opt-in checkbox is never pre-selected. Your participation is entirely voluntary. The contact form can be submitted without checking the SMS opt-in checkbox. Opting in to SMS is not required to place an order, request a delivery, or use our services.
3. HOW TO OPT OUT
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation text and will receive no further messages.

Message and data rates may apply. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Puna Rock does not charge for SMS messages.
7. DATA PRIVACY AND SHARING
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — at any time, for any reason.
Your phone number and messaging data are used solely to send you delivery and service notifications as described in these terms.

8. SUPPORTED CARRIERS
This SMS program is available on major US carriers. Carrier support may vary. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
